Our policy last seven days. If seven days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Please note items must be deposited to a mail carrier service within seven days of delivery to receive a refund. 
If you choose local pickup, you have 7 days from when you get an email confirming your order is ready for pickup, to return your item(s).

We unfortunately do not offer free return shipping. The customer is responsible to pay all shipping costs for returning items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please ensure the packing slip is included with your return.

Returns/refunds are only available on regular stocked items. Returns/refunds are not available on clearance items marked "sale" and using a discount code to receive a percentage off. Sale orders are FINAL SALE and are NONREFUNDABLE
Returns are not accepted from orders placed overseas. Such orders are final sale.

If you need to exchange your item, you can do so by placing a new order on our website and returning the item you don't want. Once we receive the item, we will send you a refund. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
