Our policy last seven days. Please note items must be deposited to a mail carrier service within seven days of delivery to receive a refund. If seven days have gone by since you received your purchase, and it was not shipped back, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
If you choose local pickup, you have 7 days from when you get an email confirming your order is ready for pickup, to return your item(s).
We unfortunately do not offer free return shipping. The customer is responsible to pay all shipping costs for returning items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please ensure the packing slip is included with your return.
